This wine comes from a small vineyard that was the first organic-certified one on our estate, about 30 years ago.

100% Aglianico

Bright ruby red, with vivid reflections, it presents intense aromas of red fruits such as cherry, plum, and blackcurrant, intertwined with scents of rose and violet. Spicy notes of pepper and tobacco are well complemented by herbaceous undertones. On the palate, it is dry, medium-bodied, with well-defined and integrated tannins, and a great balance of freshness and savoriness, making it particularly pleasant.

Wine-Food Pairing

It pairs well with roasted red meats, dishes with mushrooms and truffles, game, legumes, and aged cheeses. For first courses, it complements baked recipes such as lasagna, ragù pasta, or baked pasta.
