This wine comes from a small vineyard that was certified organic about 30 years ago. Along with Aglianico, it is part of the Biorganic line.

Bright yellow in color. On the nose, it presents a bouquet with intense and persistent aromas, featuring floral notes of brooms and other yellow flowers of the Mediterranean scrub. Fruity notes are also prominent. On the palate, it has a dry and fresh taste with a smooth finish, featuring hints of hazelnuts and almonds.
Wine-Food Pairing
The Biorganic Falanghina pairs well with appetizers such as fresh cheeses, soft cheeses, mozzarella, or fried finger foods. It is excellent with raw seafood and shellfish.
We recommend it with vegetable and seafood pasta dishes, such as spaghetti with seafood or paccheri with seafood ragù, as well as with white meat dishes. It also pairs well with pizza.
