The wine has a delicate and bright pink hue. On the nose, an interesting fruity and floral bouquet stands out, with fresh citrus notes. The aromas of small red fruits and sour cherry intertwine with floral notes of violet and wild rose. On the palate, it is very pleasant, with excellent acidity and a long, lingering finish

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fish tartare, seafood appetizers, white meats and salumi.
