Moli Rosato is a blend of Montepulciano and Aglianico grapes.
80% Montepulciano
20% Aglianico_
This wine has a stunning, intense, and bright pink color. On the nose, a complex fruity bouquet with hints of raspberries, cherries, and wild strawberries. Very fresh on the palate with a long aromatic finish.
Wine-Food Pairing
Pairs perfectly with fish soups and grilled fish dishes, as well as with light cured meats, white meats, and medium-aged cheeses. It is an excellent choice for raw fish and also works wonderfully as an aperitif. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C to bring out its best characteristics.
